Support Worker/ Care Assistant -Waking NightsVarious locations available across Cambridgeshire including Bar Hill, Harston, Waterbeach, Comberton and WillinghamWhether you are looking for part time or full time, Dimensions have the right role for you!Payrate: £9.35- £9.91 per hour (depending on location)Driver preferred.Dimensions supports adults with learning disabilities and/or autism across the county of Cambridgeshire. At Dimensions we believe in person centred support, with a big focus on delivering care tailored to the individual and are now recruiting for passionateand inspiring Waking night staff to join us in either Bar Hill, Harston, Waterbeach, Comberton and Willingham.All services are supported living and supporting adults (mixed ages) with learning disability, autism including challenging/complex needs and they are enabled by a team of Support Workers to live an independent and fulfilled life. We are looking for peoplewho can work independently to monitor and support the people we support as and when they need it during the night. Duties will include personal care, hourly checks on the people we support and the expectation to carry out domestic duties which are unable tobe carried out during day hours.This role will require you to remain awake and work between9.30pm - 7.30am (shift times could vary) covering alternative weekends and bank holidays.All support staff are expected to complete the care certificate, attend mandatory training including a full induction which at times can be during daytime hours.Further details on the Person Specification can be found in the attached document.Why choose DimensionsDimensions are a not-for-profit enterprise committed to developing and rewarding our colleagues.
