Job Description

Student Recruitment ManagerCambridge / Hybrid Competitive salary, depending on experienceWho are we looking forWe are currently looking for a new Student Recruitment Manager (SRM) to join our growing ONCAMPUS team, part of Cambridge Education Group. The post holder will be focusing on the UK/EU/US and MENA partner agencies that are based in the United Kingdom.Reporting directly to the Senior Student Recruitment Manager (SSRM) the SRM will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a selected network of recruitment channels which will involve travel within the United Kingdom with some international travel.The SRM will also be responsible for supporting the Sponsor Unit by liaising with sponsors, producing reports for internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring smooth communication between sponsor, sales, and Centres to deliver a high level of serviceto our sponsors.Based on the main responsibilities and daily activities that the SRM will undertake, we are looking for an individual with strong organisational and communications skills. Additionally, the successful candidate will demonstrate a strategic thinking and stronganalytical skills that are applied into Sales (for example in the form of sales analysis and strategy).Key responsibilities and capabilities:

  • Manage relationships with key Middle East based agents to meet student recruitment targets
  • Provide training to key agents and counsellors through visits and training sessions
  • Support key agents in promotional activities including Fairs, Exhibitions, and information session days.
  • Collaborate with the wider Sales and Admissions teams to follow up on enquiries and applications to convert and recruit new students
  • Take a lead on follow-up activities to ensure high application to enrolment conversion rate, one of the key priorities for this role
  • Managing and conversion of the pipeline through direct calls and communication with students/parents Support existing and develop new links with sponsors in the region
  • Work closely with the ONCAMPUS Marketing team to ensure that the sales tools to promote ONCAMPUS UK/EU/US centres are available, impactful, and effective for MENA market
  • Build strong relationships with the ONCAMPUS partner university staff for the MENA regions
