Due to continued growth they are looking for a statistician to join their busy team.In this role you will work in a collaborative environment as you lead research design and analytical strategies, develop and review statistical analysis plans, and provide statistical advice to the wider science team.The ideal candidate will hold a postgraduate qualification (e.g. MSc, PhD) in a relevant subject area (e.g. data science, statistics, mathematics) and have previous experience as a statistician in a clinical research setting.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fascinating business in a technically challenging and interesting role where you can technically progress while being rewarded well for your efforts.The role:*Provide statistical input into the design, analysis, reporting and interpretation of research projects and clinical trials*Apply existing statistical methods or develop new ones to address scientific problems*Communicate statistical concepts and results to a diverse audience*Offer support and disseminate statistical know-how to scientists and clinicians*Coordinate with other members of the science team to prepare statistical analyses*To assist in the preparation of materials for data dissemination, including internal presentations and manuscripts for publication in high-quality, peer-reviewed journalsThe person:*A postgraduate qualification (e.g. MSc, PhD) in a relevant subject area (e.g. data science, statistics, mathematics) ideally with relevant experience as a statistician in a clinical research setting *Demonstrated ability to apply innovative statistical methods to the analysis of data from clinical trials*Experience with Bayesian methodsReference Number: RTR91499 Required skills
