Our client is currently looking for a Sponsor Engagement Manager to join their busy team in Cambridge!In this role you will support Sponsor Unit, Sales to deliver enrolment targets for their global centres, through sponsors, partner agencies, institutions and other recruitment channels. Reporting directly to the Head of Sponsor Unit & Senior Student RecruitmentManager, the Sponsor Engagement Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of student sponsors. This role will be closely supported by a Sponsor Support Coordinator, who will be responsible for the day-to-day administration and reporting onsponsored students.Location: Cambridge, United Kingdom – Hybrid working, 2 days in the head office, 3 days can be WFHSalary: Competitive salary, DOEHours of Work: 37.5 hours per weekContract Type: Full Time, PermanentSponsor Engagement Manager Duties:You will provide an outstanding service and support to sponsors and Sponsor Unit with the aim to increase the volume of sponsored students studying by:

• maintaining existing sponsor relationships through efficient management of emails, regular updates, internal meetings and physical meeting attendance, if required.
• working with and communicating effectively between the Sponsor Unit, Centres, Admissions, Compliance and Sales teams and partner universities.
• managing the Sponsors inbox and responding to sponsor queries within the agreed turn around times and service levels
• producing accurate and timely reports for internal and external stakeholders on pre- and post- arrival students.
• liaise with ONCAMPUS Centre Directors to ensure accuracy and completeness of internal processes relating to sponsored students.
• keeping track of sponsor related updates and processes and escalating issues and concerns to the Head of Sponsor Unit.
• support the Sponsor Support Coordinator to request and gather of all necessary documentation required for the sponsor process.
• provide efficient and courteous communications with all stakeholders, internal and external.
• maintain a reasonable knowledge of compliance issues, including UKVI requirements, visa regulations, and other compliance requirements.
• maintain a good working knowledge of internal software and databases.
• placing new applications sent by sponsors.
• driving existing and develop new business with sponsors in the region.

Sponsor Engagement Manager Requirements:Education

• Good levels of Maths and English (minimum GCSE grade C or equivalent)

Experience

• Experience of working in the international education sector
• Experience of working with data
• Experience in a similar role an advantage
• Knowledge of Arabic language/culture (desirable)
• Experience of working sponsors and international embassies (desirable)

• Ability to plan workloads and meet deadlines
• Ability to work unsupervised

• Ability to keep accurate records and to track information
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – verbal, written and digital
