With an annual turnover of over £200m and over 35,000 students, they are a major force for higher education in the East of England.About the role:This is a great opportunity to be part of a team that is shaping the development of the Universities Technical architecture and its continuous development and oversight, providing the services underpinning Staff and Students at ARU.As part of a small team, you will drive the architectural development, in collaboration with relevant subject matter experts and other on-premises infrastructure. You will ensure consistency of functional service quality and management requirements takingresponsibility for all high-level design decisions during procurement and development, including planning and specification of solutions.As an excellent communicator with substantial, relevant, and recent knowledge and experience of network, cloud, and security focussed architecture you will have experience of working with a broad range of technologies, developing and implementing organisationlevel Architecture policies and standards.Key Responsibilities
