They have won multiple awards plus featured in a number of media publications making them known throughout the UK.Some early stage software companies go onto achieve significant status in the tech world and this happens to be one of those companies.Your profile- It is essential that you have a firm understanding of Linux Command Line if you are an experienced candidate, however, if you are a graduate / Junior and can demonstrate your knowledge this will be taken into consideration too. - Ideally you will be degree educated holding a degree in computing, science, physics, engineering, or something similar but industry experience is the main driver here. - Experience working with clients such as a customer facing role within an enterprise environment.- The ability program in Java or Python, other languages would not be ruled out. - Enjoy diagnosing technical problems and finding solutions.- Any comprehension of cloud software would be welcomed.- Enjoy working on solving technical problems and communicating with clients. - Good understanding of databases which would include SQL / NoSQL. - Please note this position does involve some shift work so please be prepared to do this which is done on a rota basis.Challenges to be getting involved with include supporting the customers after software has been installed, finding the root cause of technical problems, assisting the team with project work, reporting on any incidents that happen and using the tracking system.An excellent training program in place to implement you into the business.
