Software Practice Manager (Agile C/C++) *Remote Interview WFH*. As a Software Practice Manager your core focus will be on ensuring that software development best practice is followed; youll manage around 15 multi-disciplinary software engineers across different teams and enable them to reach their full potential through coaching, mentoring and emphatic leadership. Youll facilitate training, practice days and construct detailed personal development plans for each one of your team, guiding them to be the best possible developers they can be. You wont be responsible for the delivery of projects but moreover how projects are delivered and processes improved.Youll join an upbeat, motivated team based in state-of-the-art, custom built offices in Cambridge with a range of facilities including agile break-out areas, underground car park and excellent transport links; you wont be expected to be in the office everyday though with flexible working and work from home opportunities.
