Job Description

We are delighted to be working with this Cambridge based tech company. They are recruiting for a Software Integration Specialist to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing support to integration partners
  • Working with internal and external stakeholders to diagnose issues
  • Escalating issues that will impact clients
  • Assisting other internal teams to resolve tickets
  • Updating documentation, when necessary
  • Providing training sessions
The successful candidate will have:
  • Experience in similar role
  • Knowledge of XML, RESTful and SOAP APIs
  • Experience with JIRA ticket management system
  • A "can do" attitude
  • Willingness to learn new technologies
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
