Software Engineer / Developer (C++ SDK IoT iOS) Cambridge / WFH to £60kAre you a backend focussed Software Engineer looking for an opportunity to work on real world technology with complex and interesting challenges within a supportive tech driven environmentYou could be progressing your career at a successful software house and helping to create the latest generation of cutting edge products for the automotive sector and high performance cars; the core product is currently embedded into 35 million cars andthat number is rising.As a Software Engineer / Developer you will join a cross functional Agile team to design and develop new features and enhancements on the core product, mobile app as well as SDKs. Theres a range of technical challenges with new projects constantly in thepipeline. Youll be able to work with a range of technologies, primarily C++ and mobile technologies such as Android and Kotlin but will also get to learn Rust on the job.There are excellent career progression opportunities, as a senior member of the team youll provide some mentoring and move into a leadership role if desired.WFH Policy:Theres a flexible hybrid work from home model, with 2-3 days a week in the Cambridge office and a 35 hour week enabling a good work / life balance.Requirements:
