Job Description

Service Desk AnalystA brand-new position has arisen for a Service Desk Analyst to join an award-winning gaming company based in Cambridge. As the Service Desk Analyst, it is important to have had experience working within Windows environments as well as having exposure to ActiveDirectory within an IT support setting. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Service Desk Analyst to further their career with a ground-breaking company, where you will learn new skills in the cloud, work for an exciting company and gain experiencein the gaming industry.The Service Desk Analyst will join a fantastic team and will gain the responsibilities of managing and deploying hardware and software to internal teams. This will require you to communicate with other team members and troubleshoot and resolve issues.
