Job Description

This is achieved either individually, or by supporting your team. Itsa hands-on role completely dedicated to the customer and their long term relationship with their chosen brand.This is an ideal position for a motivated Customer or Client Service Advisor who is looking for career progression or an existing Service Advisor in a busy car retailer with a track record in delivering an outstanding customer experience.The RoleWorking as a key member of the aftersales team this role offers you the opportunity to use your customer service skills and organised administration abilities to create happy customers. You will be responsible for a set amount of customers per day with theobjective of making their visit as hassle-free as possible whilst making sure all service and repair work is carried out and explained accurately in a timely manner.Responsibilities

  • Delivering upon the Service Core Process and Company Aftersales Experience as per the training, guidance and expectations given
  • Demonstrating alignment with, and engagement in, a robust customer communication strategy
  • Maintaining electronic records in a complete and accurate manner
  • Developing effective working relationships with the Workshop Team and exure the the flow of information from the initial front-of-house experience is timely, accurate, clear and consultative
  • Being integral in contributing to the delivery of a quality culture that is focused upon first time fixes
  • Effectively utilising the tools and resources available to you to become a specialist in your area.
Prerequisites
  • Customer facing experience preferable
  • Full Motorcycle Licence essential
