As a Senior Wellbeing Co-ordinator at HC One, Kindness will be at the core of everything you do. It touches upon every aspect of our Dementia, Nursing, Residential and Specialist care homes. By joining HC-One youll have a wonderful opportunity to give something back to those people.You will be responsible for organising and creating a varied activities programme, from organised hobbies to group events, all of which will promote independence, choice and dignity for our residents. You will to get to know our residents, their interestsand life stories, so you can deliver events that truly enrich their lives and ensure they feel connected with their community.Youll be confident in leading and motivating colleagues in delivering activities in the home, you will also be responsible foractively promoting activities in the community and encourage family and friends to become involved.You will keep up-to-date with the necessary paperwork and keep an eye on budgets.Hourly rate is subject to experience and qualifications.HC-One are looking for someone with a background working with vulnerable individuals, ideally developing activity programmes and leading colleagues.
