On Arm.Job Overview:This is a key role in Talent Acquisition thatgives you the opportunity to have significant impact for Arm during a period of sustained growth. A matrixed role where you will work closely to guide the output of our team to refine and implement the strategy and direction for the attraction and selectionof talent for engineering and business operations.This is an exciting opportunity to deliver change and evolution to the talent acquisition agenda and wider impact of People Team activities, as a key member of the global talent team and work with local partnersacross our business groups to proactively drive critical initiatives in this space.Responsibilities:You’ll work with our engineering, regional and enablement teams to deliver our hiring goals within our EMEA locations. You will build out ourstrategies to attract extraordinary talent to add to Arm’s capability and continued growth. To ensure our continued success in the region, you will closely lead the operational partnership with our resourcing partner teams and external vendors.You’ll providestrong relationship management between the recruitment delivery team, hiring managers and partners. You will provide updates on hiring status, advice on creative sourcing strategies whilst coaching hiring managers on approaches.Leading by example, you willbuild strong working relationships with your peers across Arm to develop a cohesive approach to hiring at a global level, with the right degree of local country tailoring to meet the challenges and opportunities within each region.You will show skill in collaborating,transitioning workload and supporting team members in your region. Together, we will build strategies, deliver projects and improve processes, as well as the core metrics of success for Talent Acquisition in EMEA region.Required Skills and Experience:-Proven experience in a talent acquisition leadership role, with a focus on strategy, planning and execution.- EMEA regional knowledge is essential, preferably within at least one of the following markets: France, Nordics, Hungary or Israel.- A deep understandingof the technology talent sector, ideally in a software or hardware engineering environment with extensive knowledge of the challenges, opportunities and trends.- Strong project management skills and ability to collaborate and further positive relationships.Passionate about innovation and able apply your critical thinking through attention to detail to handle all aspects of hiring.- Confident in analysing data and comfortable sharing and addressing diverse groups as an ambassador for TA activity.In Return:Youwill be working with a bunch of enthusiastic and brilliant colleagues in a multifaceted TA and People Team, that is at an exciting point in its growth journey.
