Job Description

An award winning Cambridge based fit-out contractor with a proven track record high-end exciting commercial fits and refurbishments is currently on the lookout for a Senior Site Manager.The successful Senior Site Manager will have experience working within the Cambridge market, namely on commercial projects ranging between £500k - £3 million.Senior Site Manager RoleAs a Senior Site Manager you will oversee projects as a number one and report to a visiting Contracts Manager. All projects will consist of commercial fit-out and refurbishment spanning Cambridgeshire and Oxfordshire.The successful candidate will be willing to work on a freelance basis on an indefinite basis and be immediately available.Senior Site Manager Requirements

  • Immediately available
  • Experience working within the Cambridge/Oxford market
  • Experience on commericial fit-out (Cat A and Cat B) projects upwards of £3 million
  • Proficient use of ASTA and MS Project
  • Reviewing scopes of work
  • 3 years experience working as a Senior Site Manager
  • Experience working within on projects within the residential and commercial market
  • Manage all site resources and report on all site activities
  • Health & Safety Qualifications and Requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
