Our client is a biotech start-up based in Cambridge, who are in the process of increasing headcount after successfully closing their Series B fundraising efforts.We are working closely with their Director of Biology to help them achieve the required increase in headcount for this phase of development. The company are developing a desktop instrument which will empower biologists across the globe, and the plan is to have units out for BETA testing by the end of 2021.They are looking for a Senior Scientist to specialise in automated gene synthesis.You will work closely with the team leader to plan, develop, and execute this element of their platform.As a member of the Biology team, you will play a key role in the design, development and integration of the key biological components, your skills will complement the strengths and expertise of the biology, chemistry and physics teams.Skills & Experience: Senior Scientist (Gene Synthesis)
