Job Description

We are looking for an exceptional candidate to join our fast growing Education Team, helping us achieve our goals to widen reach and enable more participants to catalyse change within their organisations.The roleYou will work within the Executive Education Portfolio to deliver a range of open programmes, particularly the Institutes flagship Prince of Wales Business and Sustainability Programme. These programmes held around the world since 1994 have become a globalbenchmark for sustainability leadership education, amassing a network of over 3,500 alumni.

  • Proven track record in managing complex international projects, delivering high-quality work within tight budgets and deadlines, and navigating changing priorities and dependencies
  • Experience of managing and delivering sustainability focused events, either online or in person, ideally in a customer-oriented, education environment
  • Experience in supporting the development and implementation of successful marketing campaigns to drive the recruit of suitable participants
  • Confidence in managing application processes and recommending leaders who meet the selection criteria.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to build effective relationships with senior stakeholders and deliver a logical narrative for a range of audiences
  • Ability to think strategically and monitor the details of project execution while maintaining an appreciation of broader strategic relevance.
  • Ability to confidently communicate new systems and processes, training others and ensuring compliance and continued improvement.
  • Experience in leading development, revision, and implementation of new or existing policies / procedures / systems and ensuring appropriate project management approaches are in place.
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent professional experience and a formal project management qualification is desirable.
