This is an exceptional opportunity to join a leading international SaaS business spearheading the groups focus on digital innovation, transformation and product development. Working as part of the senior management team this technology focussed post will have a broad remit across the business but will also take product ownership for the companies new mainstream application.You will lead an expanding product and design team working with some of the newest tech and building new innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities will include:Uncover and understand customer needs and translate them into requirements & user storiesContribute to the product strategy and visionEffectively collaborate with internal teams, including Engineering, Commercial, Marketing and Operations in daily stand-up and sprint planning meetings. Ensure requirements are fully understood and that implementation plans match expectationsAnswer incoming questions about the product and its capabilitiesAssess and address technical risksResearching competitors and similar productsDemonstrating new features and changes to stakeholdersCoordinate beta testsUse database queries to analyse performance indicators, evaluate experiments, etc.Contribute to success criteria for testing and product acceptanceFacilitate the creation and maintenance of proper product documentationInspire and enthuse colleagues and users of the productExperienceRelevant, demonstrable experience gained in a similar role using modern product tools and techniquesRelevant, demonstrable experience regularly shipping functionalityRelevant, demonstrable experience managing a SaaS product to marketKnowledge and experience of a tech start-up environments Skills & Knowledge2 years of Sprint Planning/Development using JIRAProject management skills and toolsPresentation skills using Google slides/ Powerpoint/ KeynoteExperience managing design A good understanding of software development methodologies Understanding/ experience of analyticss and related tools (GA)This is a truly unique opportuntiy with a market leading business who offer progression, engagement and reward.
