JOB AD:Our client in Cambridge is one of the world-class analog IC design team in providing high performance IC solutions for leading data communications and networking. As part of their growth plans, they are now seeking senior Analog RFIC Design EngineerRole & Responsibilities:* Block level transistor design, simulation, layout and verifications with cadence environment* Deliver circuits meeting tapeout spec, quality and time schedule;* Prepare signoff design and simulation report;* Participate in design review work;* Close interaction with System and Digital teamRequired:* Time to digital converter* High Frequency Dividers.* Digital Controlled Oscillators.* Required knowledge of CMOS device physics, reliability, ESD;* Low power design techniques.Desired:* <40nm CMOS design process.* Familiar with mixed signal SoC design concepts and considerations;* Familiarity with Matlab* Good understanding of PLL and PLL Design* Experience in analogue IC design* Familiar with production design, simulation, verification and tapeout flow.* Fluent in driving design, simulation and RF layout in cadence environmentIf you are interested in learning more about this position, please get in touch
