To help us to achieve our goals, we are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and dynamic Senior Operations Administrator, who will thrive in this changing environment and is motivated by delivering excellent customer service.What you’ll be doingLine management skills are key, as you will be supervising a small team of Operations Administrators through an agreed set of deadlines, providing reports on progress via coaching and mentoring. It is fast-paced operational role, dealing with customers based all around the world, ensuring the delivery of an agreed set of operational processes and procedures.You will be confident in establishing and maintaining liaisons between key stakeholders and departments across the organisation and oversee any new developments and the delivery of new products and services as required.What we’re looking forThe successful candidate will have experience of working in a busy office environment, experience of managing and motivating teams and working under pressure to demanding deadlines.
