Job Description

Job DescriptionAre you passionate about writing and excited by ground-breaking technology If yes, then consider joining our group of Information Developers!We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join Arm and help craft future of technology by actively impactingthe next generation of Arm technologies, influencing 95% of the world’s connected devices and all their applications. Healthcare, infrastructure, smart homes and many other uses across a variety of industries. As a Senior information developer, you will leadin planning and generation of content for Systems solution projects to provide our partners with the content they need to make the best use of our products.Responsibilities:

  • Plan, build, and maintain user-centric technical content.Improve the clarity and consistency of content targeted for a global audience.Be a customer and a content advocate.Work with other Tech Comms colleagues and the wider Arm community to improve whatSystems Tech Comms does and how we work.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Expert information developer, writing for global audiences and user needs.Good knowledge of industry standard tools and technologies, with the ability to learn and adapt.Team player who enjoys working in a collaborative, inclusive, and exciting environment.Creativeproblem solver, flexible and pragmatic in approach.Self-starter who works on their own initiative, using good judgement and clear decision-making attributes.Eager to learn about new technologies and standards.
“Nice To Have” Skills and Experience:
  • A good degree or post-graduate qualification in a related area. For example: Computer science, Physics, or MathsEnglish, Linguistics, or Law

Being familiar with electronics is an advantage because of the domain in which Arm works. Understanding computer architecture and how hardware and software interacts is a good start.You will need many of these skills and experiences to do the job, a strongcuriosity about learning the rest, and a passion for continual improvement.
