Senior Finance AssistantJob Type: Part-time - 30 hours per week (ideally 09.30 - 16.00 each day)Salary: Salary pro rota £26,053.00. The internet is a wonderful, empowering and uniting tool but it also has its darker side, and this is where the foundation come in. They provide the UK and 48 countriesaround the world with somewhere for the public to anonymously report child sexual abuse to their Hotline where they assess and take action to have the content removed. As well as taking public reports they are also able to search for images and videos usingtheir cutting-edge technology and they provide a range of technical services to the internet industry to enable them to disrupt the distribution of this illegal content."We work to make the internet a safer place." And now you could be part of their team to help the foundation in their mission.The jobThe foundation is looking for a hard-working, well-organised and analytical individual who has previous experience in finance to join their expanding team. You will be working within the existing Finance Team completing a variety of financial tasks, primarilyusing their Sage accounting system. You will be given clear direction and training from your Line Manager but will need to be a self-motivated individual that is used to working to deadlines and prioritising workload accordingly. You should be keen to learnand develop your finance knowledge as well as being a team player with a "can do" attitude. Aside from the salary and usual benefits youll be rewarded with the opportunity to gain all-round charity finance experience as well as working with a great, committedteam. The role is currently home-based with some office days (especially whilst training) required in their Covid-safe, supportive and friendly environment on the outskirts of Cambridge.
