Senior Building SurveyorLocation: Cambridge Salary: £55-65kOur client: The client is the leading independent firm of Development, Built Asset & Sustainability consultants. They are offering an excellent opportunity for a Chartered Building Surveyor or Senior Building Surveyor to play a key part in the commercial building surveying team providing high calibre professional advice to clients. You will be delivering a wide rangeof building surveying services in a commercial environment with a high-level global investor and corporate occupier client base, including M&G, The Crown Estate, Aviva and Portman Estate. Key accountabilities:Primarily working within the commercial sector, undertaking all round building surveying work including:1.0 Refurbishment and redevelopment projects 2.0 Contract administration 3.0 Technical Due Diligence4.0 Pre-acquisition surveys5.0 PPM6.0 Acting as Monitoring Surveyor7.0 General building surveying commercial work e.g. DilapidationsThis is a good opportunity to develop and further your skills across a range of work streams with potential to focus on the type of work you enjoy doing.
