Job Description

Job DescriptionSenior Branch Manager (Multi Branch)Countrywide has a rare and very exciting opportunity for a multi-branch manager in the Cambridgeshire area to join us and help grow our Tucker Gardner business.As the Senior Branch Manager, you will lead, coach and develop our people across 2 branches in this brand, you will be responsible for imbedding a daily operating model to help improve unit volumes and grow market share quickly whilst working closely with yourValuer team and sales teams to maximise all opportunities. Accountable for the P&L you will be required to have a particular skill set that will enable you to maximise all income channels and all opportunities available whilst creating and maintaining a firstclass service level for our people and customers.Your role will involve:

  • Driving and delivering exceptional performance through all Estate Agency KPIs including Conveyancing and Mortgage Services.
  • Coaching, developing and effectively manage all employees to ensure that performance is optimised across all KPIs
  • Ensuring employee engagement is maximised through action planning, pro-active recruitment, minimising attrition and driving retention of your teams
  • Grow market share by adopting a pro-active working processes and identifying business growth opportunities to deliver a Top 3 position in every location
The ideal candidate will have:
  • A proven track record in driving a highly successful estate agency business
  • The drive, desire and determination to want to succeed
  • Demonstrable experience of building and leading high performing teams in fast paced and demanding environments
  • Proven ability to influence, shape and lead change
  • Inspirational leadership ability, with approachability and humility
  • High levels of P&L accountability and commercial exposure
