Senior Antenna Design Engineer - Advanced Sensing - CambridgeNewton Colmore Consulting are working with a developer of advanced sensors in Cambridge who are actively looking for a Senior level Antenna Design Engineer to join their research and development team.This hands-on research and development role will be mainly focused on the design and development of RF electronic circuits and antennas that aim to solve challenging, real-world problems.You will be utilising your expertise to come up with brand new ideas and innovations, through specification, de-risking, prototype, verification and transfer to manufacture, meaning you will be able to take ownership of your ideas. This will involve design discrete electronic circuits and antennas that will sit within larger products.Fundamentally, you will be working on complex technology that aims for a step-change in reliability, efficiency and safety.This role will also provide the Electronics specialist with the freedom to flourish and manage their own projects as well as providing merit-based promotions and bonuses.To be considered for this exciting role you will need to have a solid understanding of RF and wireless fundamentals coupled with strong electronics knowledge.
