Senior Analogue Design Engineer (Power Management IP such as SMPS, LDOs) - Cambridge - To C£70K + Great Benefits including RSUs, Bonus Scheme and Private Healthcare.A leading name in the wireless technology market seeks a Senior Staff level Analogue Design Engineer with extensive experience in the design of Power management Ips such as SMPS and LDO’s to contribute to the design, implementation and verification of the complex power-management blocks and subsystems of their range of voice and music chips.Applicants will be qualified to a minimum of Bachelor’s Degree level in an Engineering / Scientific subject and will be fully competent in Analogue design for complex sub-cells and small subsystems. In this Senior Analogue Engineer role you will lead the PMU macro development for various projects; defining the architecture of the Power Management blocks as well as taking responsibility for delivering the fully verified blocks.Key Requirements include:• Good academic background with minimum of 2.1 BSc (MSc preferred).• 10+ years relevant commercial experience.• Experience in the design of various power-management blocks.• Project Leading experience.• Good understanding of Analogue design.• Competent in the use of Cadence and Mentor analogue design and verification tools.• Design of Power Management Ips such as SMPS, LDOs, Chargers.The successful Senior Analogue Design Engineer will be rewarded with a top salary package including a base up to £70K plus RSU’s, a Bonus Scheme, Private Healthcare and Private Pension.
