New excellent opportunityWe are recruiting for a an Senior Administrator/PA to join this busy Cambridge based organisation to work alongside the Managing Director.Working in a pivotal role within this small yet busy office, you will be coming with administrative experience and will be the first port of call for all administration enquiries.Working hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.00pmResponsibilities:Meeting and greeting visitorsEnsure that the office and telephones are open to both internal and external callers between office hoursAdminister incoming email enquiriesMaintain shared diariesOrganise the on-call rotaMaintain and update price lists and templatesOrganise site visits and surveysEnter new enquiries and sites onto the systemPerform secretarial functions to include drafting and typing quotationsEnsure that new job files are completed with all relevant paperwork and chase for information when necessaryPrepare job packs for the engineers and raise installation invoicesApply for signalling and police responseCover the service administrator when necessary and assist other admin team members in busy periodsAct as first point of contact for the Operations Manager and provide secretarial support when requestedExperience Required:Previous office-based administration experienceExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsEfficiency, accuracy and attention to detailSelf-motivated and willing to take initiativeAptitude to work without direct supervisionThe ability to work independently yet also in a teamStrong organisational skillsExcellent IT skills including Excel, Word, and OutlookConfident when dealing with Senior staff and external clients etcAbility to manage and prioritise workloads and daily tasksIf you would like to have more information about this role please contact Becky at Tate on Tel: or Email:Please be aware this advert will remain open until the vacancy has been filled.
