Job Description

We specialise in the recruitment of high quality candidates in the Sales sector. We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager with a solid track record to join a leading audio visual company. The role may also suit an AV Technician withthe drive to move into sales.£35,000 - £45,000 Basic (£45,000 - £65,000 OTE), 9:00 am - 5:30 pm Monday to FridayBenefits: Company car or car allowance, phone, laptop, health insurance (after 1 year) Income protection and Death in service benefit.Sales Managers Core Duties

  • Selling a range of audio-visual products and services
  • Designing and specifying equipment for audio-visual systems
  • Establishing and maintaining contacts with existing customers and seeking out new customers
  • Generating appointments with sales prospects and build customer confidence
  • Writing marketing material and press releases for promotion and publicity
  • Ensuring all sales meet agreed commercial targets
  • Writing proposals, including public contracts via official tender processes
Sales Managers Key Skills
  • Self-motivated with a positive client friendly attitude
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
  • Professional image
  • Pro-active with high degree of initiative
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Good working knowledge of MS office products
  • Full clean UK driving licence
  • Experience in the Audio-Visual sector (desirable)
  • Experience with Video Conferencing products and services (MS teams, Zoom, etc.) (desirable)
  • Experience in selling brands: Kramer, Crestron, Logitech, Shure, Biamp, Barco (desirable)
  • Experience with Simultaneous Interpretation Systems (desirable)
  • Dante knowledge and certification (desirable)
  • Have basic sales engineering skills
