If you enjoy working with customers, have a passion for the automotive industry or just havean interest in cars, and enjoy smashing your targets and reaching your potential this is a fantastic opportunity for you.As a Sales Executive you will enjoy:*Connecting with your customers from initial online enquiry, through to appointment and have a drive to understand their needs.*Easily building a great rapport, listening and genuinely having a passion for assisting our customers and guiding them throughthe car-buying journey.*Using your specialist skills to recommend products that meet customer requirements supporting them through the sales process.*Drive high standards, creating a friendly and enjoyable environment that also meets the highest levels of brand and manufacturer standards.*Working to monthly targets, driving your own performance to achieve a high level of process for yourself, the team and your customers.What do you need to succeed as a Sales Executive:*Experience in a customer-focused, sales/target driven position, selling products and services is favourable.*A natural people person, passionate about making your customers happy with a focus, drive and determination to succeed in a target driven environment.*Confidence in using multiple computer systems, and experience using systems correctly to drive best practice process.*Pro-activity and self-discipline to consistently achieve and deliver exceptional levels of customer service at all times.Ordering Scheme - £75.00 per order of car (delivery before 31st December 2022) and an additional £25.00 with a 10% deposit taken from the customer.We offer a fantastic range of development programmes for all team members who are committed and want to progress and fast track their career.
