An opportunity to use your Customer Service/Sales Co-Ordinating/Logistics experience in a successful international manufacturing business where you will perform the role of Sales and Logistics Co-Ordinator.-Responsible for all international and UK orders. Check stock availability and place them on ERP and contacting the warehouse to coordinate packing and dispatches and collate necessary documentation.-Focal point for all International customers - International customer service dealing with returns, complaints and samples requests, etc.-Responsible for contacting carriers and Freight Forwarders regarding all International dispatches.-Direct contact with the warehouse management to check and approve all international dispatches, including packing and logistics details.-Weekly follow up meetings with Customer Service Manager.Applicants for the post of Sales and Logistics Co-Ordinator must be able to demonstrate experience in a similar role and must have excellent communication, customer service and administrative/organizational skills. Familiarity with ERP systems strongly preferred and skills in Microsoft Office, including Excel) essential. A second European language (French, German or Spanish) would be very useful but not essential. Required skills
