Residential Support Worker Temp to PermBetter Healthcare are recruiting for Residential Support Workers to work within a supported living service in Cambridge for young people aged between 16-18yrs.We need an enthusiastic candidate that is looking for a rewarding career in support and who will ensure the welfare and personalised care of the young people. Promoting independence, encouraging creativity and relationship building are key aspects of working as a Residential Support Worker. You will be contributing to the progress and development of the young people and monitoring the individual support plans.The Residential Support Worker role is a full time position and you will be working as part of a team on a rota pattern including paid sleep in shifts.Requirements:You will maintain a nurturing, positive and safe living environment within the unit, in order to meet the needs of the Young People. You will be alert to the needs, safety and wellbeing of the Young People. Requirements include:
