Research Community Engagement Manager - 6 month Contract - CambridgeLocation- CambridgeJob DescriptionAn exciting opportunity has arose for a Research Technology Professional (RTP) to help build a RTP community and inspire and skill fellow Research Technology professionals across EMEA. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with Researchers and Engineers within a global leading organisation. The successful candidate will work closely with the research team to improve open-source software projects and extend them by working with the Research Technology Professionals community more broadly. We want to help Technology Professionals to accelerate research outcomes on the cloud, to achieve this we want to provide training, skilling and community opportunities to this audience through the creation of the Research Technology Professionals Community.The successful candidate would ideally be an existing Research Software Engineer, Research Technology Professional or recently graduated in Computer Science within a Research intensive course with experience in Azure Cloud Computing.Responsibilities
