Job Description

Refrigeration EngineerLocation- Cambridge (Van provided- Business use only!)Salary up to £33,000- £42,000 per annumMonday to Friday 40 hours + call outAn excellent opportunity for an experienced Mobile Refrigeration Engineer working on a newly mobilised contract based in Cambridge handling maintenance issues on Commercial electrical plant equipment within the prestigious buildings.Refrigeration Engineer Duties-

  • Carry out PPM and extra work requirements in adherence to set engineering standards
  • Installation and operation of engineering equipment in line with operational requirements of the sites; this includes but not limited to: Control systems, Split Units, VRVs, Chillers, Pressurisation Units, BMS.
  • Sound knowledge of Health & Safety including risk assessment & working safely with equipment.
  • Respond to re-active works.
  • Required to work on callout for the contract
  • BMS experience and Multi-skilling capability within building services is desirable
Requirements;
  • Full Valid Driving Licence
  • Recognised Refrigeration Apprenticeship - HNC, ONC, City & Guilds, or equivalent experience.
  • City & Guilds award in 2079-11 F-Gas and OD regulations or equivalent
  • Experience of working on Split units, VRVs, AHUs and chillers
  • Required to go through a level of security clearance
