Job Role: Permanents Consultant - Cambridge EngineeringCompany: ReedLocation: Cambridge Clifton CourtCC7, Clifton Road, Cambridge, CB1 7BNHybrid working: 2-3 days in the office and 2-3 days working from home after the initial imbedding period of around 3 months.Salary: £24,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on previous level of recruitment experience) plus uncapped bonus earning potentialHours: 37.5 per week, Monday - FridayContract: Full time and permanentWhat is the roleDue to growth and expansion, our Reed Engineering division based in Cambridge are looking for a new Permanents Recruitment Consultant to join the existing Engineering team made up of a Business Lead, and another Perms Recruiter, both headed up by Sarah,the Senior Regional Manager. You will also be working alongside a wider team of 36 recruiters and managers in the Cambridge office covering various specialisms.The Engineering division is a very candidate driven market, meaning you will be focused on finding available candidates on the market and utilising them to contact recruiting companies and offer our recruitment services. You will be growing new client relationshipsto fulfil their recruitment needs, then developing this client base into long term profitable relationships. This will require some level of cold calling, business development and account management. We have some existing relationships in the area that youwill be able to tap into from the very start.Our newest member of the team has already billed £10k by their third month in the role and has a similar pipeline anticipated for the next 3 months.
