You will be responsible for front and back end testing, supporting manufacturingoperations through a range of laboratory analytical tests, evaluating results and the preparation and maintenance equipment and chemicals. You will have excellent attention to detail to ensure compliance with internal and external standards and the reportingof vital data.The role:

  • Work independently as the sole Quality Analytical Technician at the new Chemical Plant
  • Perform analytical testing (GLP) on raw materials & chemicals
  • Prepare and perform calibration and maintenance of analytical systems
  • Evaluate data, interpret the results and implement appropriate actions
  • Monitor analytical systems, troubleshoot issues and escalate if necessary
  • Suggest improvements to lab processes and tools
The person:
  • Experience working in a laboratory environment, as an analytical technician or similar
  • Knowledge and experience with GCMS and HPLC analytical techniques
