QHSE Manager Cambridge£45k- £50kPRS are pleased to be working on this vacancy for a QHSE Manager for a position in the Cambridgeshire area.The role of the QHSE Manager is to support the development and ensure the delivery of the company quality, health, safety and environmental strategy, policy and processes.Key Responsibilities of the QHSE Manager are:·Supporting the QHSE Director in the delivery of the QHSE risk management strategy·Providing support to Project teams on QHSE governance and managing project related risks·Providing support to contract site teams in the implementation of the risk management system·Regularly collating and analysing data from a number of sources and platforms for internal reports·Undertaking internal QHSE audits, site tours and inspections·Supporting the transition teams to implement QHSE plan for mobilisation including relevant QHSE training and site risk profile assessments.·Undertaking timely and comprehensive accident and incident investigations·Working with the DCS Risk Champions network on key initiatives·Producing regular internal communications regarding risk management·Leading by example to promote the behaviours and values of the business ·Attending and supporting industry related seminars, events and exhibitions·Delivering QHSE risk management training to internal employeesPersonal Specification·Highly confident working within high-pressure environments·Ability to perform in a team either as a leader or team member·Excellent verbal and written communications skills·Numerate with excellent computer literacy·Ability to problem solve and think outside of the box·Ability to influence and motivate othersEducation·A formal qualification in Health and Safety to Graduate Diploma level (e.g. NEBOSH Diploma, NVQ Diploma Level 5/6)·Membership to a HSE professional body (e.g. IOSH, IIRSM, etc)·Formal qualification in environmental management·Formal qualification in quality management
