Job Description

QA Team Lead (Web Testing Cypress) *Remote / Cambridge* to £80kSuccessful scale-up that provides innovative solutions to the farming industry is on the lookout for their first dedicated QA hire.Youll be part of a fantastic group of friendly and sociable individuals who are excited to welcome you to the team!Salary & Benefits:

You Role:As a QA Team Lead, you will be joining a wider engineering team where youll have the opportunity to build and lead a small team that will focus on implementing quality and ensuring the full testing coverage of services. As this is a brand-new position,youll have a wide scope of responsibilities including setting up the testing function and growing a team around you, implementing and shaping automation test frameworks, introducing new tools and technologies that you believe are best for the job at hand,and much more!The team and wider company use data and technology to give farmers the insight they need to increase their profitability and optimise their businesses for the future.Office & WFH:The company is based in Cambridge with on-site parking available. For this role you can be mostly remote with the requirement of meeting up with the team once a quarter.Requirements:
  • You are an experience QA / testing professional who has implemented automation frameworks from scratch
  • You have experience leading and building QA teams
  • You have a good knowledge of Cypress, JavaScript and / or Python
  • You are a friendly, approachable, enthusiastic individual who has excellent communication and collaboration skills
