Youll play an integral role in the design, development and delivery of a growing global portfolio of online courses in sustainability and leadership here at Cambridge.Youll have experience working in a variety of environments where youve been given responsibility for delivering projects on time and to budget, drawing on the talents of a range of different internal and external stakeholders.If you want to work for an organisation that will share your sense of purpose and make an impact in the world, then this is the job for you.You should be able to demonstrate the following key knowledge, skills and experience:

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent relevant professional experience.
  • Experience of project management (including managing staff), financial planning and delivering work to a high quality within budgets and agreed time frames.
  • Experience of digitally-focused projects, ideally in a commercially orientated environment.
  • Ability to think strategically with good analytical skills and a high standard of attention to detail.
  • Ability to build and maintain excellent relationships with colleagues, clients and other external stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and events with overlapping deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to make complex content accessible to a wide range of audiences.
  • High level of competence across key Microsoft software packages.
  • A demonstrable interest in sustainability and a commitment to the values that underpin CISLs work.
