Job Description

I am recruiting for a professional & experienced Project Coordinator based in my Clients Cambs HQ offices.My Client specialises in the acquisition, planning, design and installation of Telecoms fixed line (FTTx) fibre optic networks and offer services from site specific project management to full turnkey delivery. They manage all aspects of property and landlord negotiation, bespoke site design planning and installation, whilst working with multiple agencies across private and public sector.

  1. Job Purpose & Overview:
  • Project support and co-ordination duties associated with the objectives and tasks of the Project Management team, involving working across a number of projects where appropriate.
  • Organize and streamline the processing of secured and billable work streams. This involves the maintaining of accurate legal documents (Wayleaves) to ensure correctness and promptness of processing for passing to our finance team for invoicing. The position is pivotal to triggering the delivery of our full end-to-end services for our various clients.
  • You will be an articulate, tenacious & meticulous individual who is well organised with the drive & determination to help get things done.
  • Drive the team coordination and chase down work to get it into the live billable work pot across projects.
    1. Candidate Profile:
  • Strong financial governance.
  • Maintaining records and documentation.
  • Meticulous organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Reporting activities related to project specific processes.
  • Maintaining confidentiality of documentation and data.
  • Excellent MS Excel skills (analytical, data processing and reporting).
  • Excellent IT skills - Microsoft office, client databases (SIMS based on MS Dynamics and mail merges).
  • Can-do aptitude with initiative, capable troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure as part of a highly focused team.
  • Ability to prioritise work whilst achieving strict deadlines.
  • Flexible approach to work between projects.
  • Professional and confident on the telephone when dealing with clients and property managers.
  • Team working - The drive and ability to work cooperatively with others to achieve shared goals and optimise the contribution of all members of the team.
    1. Package:
  • Basic To £25k - £30k p.a.
  • Full time 09:00 to 17:30 Monday to Friday
  • 28-Days holiday, including public holidays p.a.
