Summary Have you got fantastic creativity, events planning and visitor engagement skills to create amazing experiences for our visitors Wed love you to bring your passion to help us achieve our big ambitions at Wimpole Estate.This role is based on annualised hours, where the amount of hours you work each month may vary, however your salary will be paid in 12 equal instalments over the year. The Programming and Partnership Team has a hugely important role, they create reasons for visitorsto return to Wimpole again and again. Youll report into the Senior Programming and Partnerships Officer and sit within the wider Visitor Experience Team.Click here for more information about this location What youll be doing Youll be using your creativity and event skills to inspire and motivate over 400,000 visitors every year to visit Wimpole. Youll create and lead a programme of events that links with the spirit of Wimpole Estate. Youll support your Senior Programmingand Partnership Officer to deliver another successful Christmas at Wimpole. As part of the Visitor Experience Leadership Team, youll work in collaboration with your peers to deliver our organisational strategy.Youll have responsibility for ensuring delivery of the highest standards of service, presentation and visitor experience through day to day operation.Youllneed to lead for exceptional customer service and achieve multiple financial targets to ensure we can care for and look after Wimpole, for now and forever.
