Job Description

Overview PragmatIC has launched a range of products including its ConnectIC family of RFID devices and its first FlexIC Foundry product. The Product team works together to maintain the product portfolio and deliver the new products identified in the roadmap. Reportingto the VP Product Management, this role encompasses the Programme Management for PragmatICs products from cradle to grave, working closely with the internal teams to ensure the roadmap is delivered in a predictable and timely manner. Key tasks

  • Manage and implementation of PragmatICs Product Life-cycle Management (PLM) process
  • Balance resourcing across different product developments
  • Work closely with customer facing teams to understand external delivery requirements
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure commitment to internal action completion
  • Report regularly on progress and highlight issues in a timely manner so that appropriate prioritisation and action can be taken
  • Contribute to process improvement throughout the company to support the achievement of the companys business goals
Qualifications and training
  • Degree or post-graduate in relevant science-based discipline; or equivalent experience.
  • Project management certification (advantage)
Skills and experience
  • Demonstrably strong Programme Management skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and teams
  • Technical background
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Ability to influence cross functional teams
  • Experience with SharePoint
  • Ability to work independently and part of a team
  • Enthusiasm and pragmatism
