Program Manager 18-month Fixed Term ContractWorking for a global tech organisation on a WFH basis, on the Azure Migration Program, which is the company’s flagship Migration Program, and is a governed by a team of stakeholders across the region.The primary function of the role is to process from clients who are submitted to the Program. The PM will apply pre-defined criteria to either confirm or deny program eligibility. It will require communication (email and voice calls) with internal clients to ensure all information is collected.The PM supports customer entries into the Azure Migration Program (AMP) including, but not limited to the following:· Review and validate AMP nominations· Communication with clients and stakeholders, adhering to defined SLAs· Review program clients and following up with clients to validate/confirm information· Conduct discovery calls with clients to obtain further clarity· Verify eligibility criteria, follow through on escalations and exceptions as required, send conditional offers· Coordinate a response to move forward to the next phase with clients· Trigger Skilling, AMP funding requests, FastTrack engagement and CSA engagement· Will interact with clients and other stakeholders as needed gather information and clarify informationRequirements Essential skills you will have to be considered for this role are. <p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="mar Required skills
