For more information visit www.mundipharma.comJob DescriptionManaging the support of applications and peripherals within the Level 3 and Level 4 (ISA 95) of the site serialisation system including the interface with the ERP e-business suite, and other business IT systems in line with business requirements and policies,to minimize disruption and risk to business IT systems.Engaging with site automation team, MP-IT and system vendors to determine and agree clear definition of roles and responsibilities, to provide incident management, support and resolve issues to maintain BAU state in compliance with company policies and procedures.Ensuring that continuous improvement (CI) activities and software changes are effectively managed, tested with supporting change control documentation and trained according to company policy and procedures to enhance Business Automation and IT systems.Acting as Systems Administrator (Serialsation and other business IT systems) as required by liaising with other departments e.g. MP-IT to maintain and develop systems as required, according to company policy and procedures.Managing project automation/IT work packages when required to enable delivery of Automation/IT systems and planned changes, coordinating activities with customers and contributing functions leading to successful completion of Automation/IT deliverables maintainingand enhancing business systems. Qualifications

  • Degree qualified in technically focused subject
  • Ideally, Degree qualified in Automation/IT systems
Additional information
  • Proven experience in leading multidisciplinary technical IT projects and managing systems
  • Deep understanding of IT Systems in Pharmaceuticals
  • High level of technical understanding of pharmaceutical IT validation and regulatory requirements including Quality and EHS requirements
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Team Player and able to work independently
