Join us.Product Manager - General Medicine portfolioWhat you will doOur GenMed marketing team play an important role in engaging and activating key accounts and customers. In this new (and vital) role, you will lead the development and execution of dynamic content across channels, co-develop strategic and operational plansfor our core cardiovascular and osteoporosis brands, develop innovative ways to activate entire accounts, and partner with value and access to develop and implement our market access plans. Other essential duties include:* Co-develop the GenMed strategic plans and portfolio of activities* Own the development of external flagship initiatives (our high investment activities)* Engage and activate key external customers (HCPs, payors, entire accounts, etc) through partnership working, content delivery, head office led activities, etc.* Partner with the GenMed Market Access lead to deliver our national access plans* Development, delivery, and evaluation of omni-channel plans, and the development of dynamic content that activates customers across channels* Partner with our Commercial Excellence team to leverage the full capabilities of our CRM system to drive your omni-channel content* Conduct analysis and interpretation of sales data, KPIs, market research/trends, and support our overall insight driven vision* Lead cross-functional teams in the development of plans and activities* Work closely with sales leaders to align sales force activity and engagement* Managing operating expenses and delivering budgeted sales* Input into co-creation for European brand plans and tactical planning* Lead on non-GenMed projects across the UK affiliateBe part of our teamYou will be joining a newly formed marketing team within the GenMed business unit, working across the Cardiovascular-Renal-Osteoporosis portfolio.
