Job Description

My client, a global supplier of innovative products for the drug discovery and drug development markets with their solutions saving time, cutting down material costs and simplify complex operations. They create, design, and manufacture high quality, robustand innovative automated laboratory equipment for academic, pharmaceutical and biotechnology research.Process Operative Role:Looking for a self motivated Process Operative to join the operations team, you will be involved in testing, quality control and assisting in the production of specialised consumables for one their set industries.Process Operative Responsibilities:

  • Work safely in a cleanroom, maintaining excellent housekeeping whilst following appropriate safety and risk management systems
  • Perform laboratory tasks following specified methodologies, such as Standard Operating Procedures
  • Produce reliable, accurate data and keep accurate records of laboratory work undertaken and results
  • Testing and implementation of production methods
  • Maintaining the equipment used
  • Participating in multidisciplinary meetings giving updates and feedback
Process Operative Requirements: -
  • Excellent manual dexterity is essential, for manipulating small components
  • Be organised and have an eye for detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs is essential
  • You must be self-motivated, curious and creative, you will need to be able to work on your own initiative to follow protocols consistently and to produce accurate records
  • A pragmatic approach to problem solving
