As an OSS Technical Content Curator, you will develop customer-facing content in collaboration with Arm’s engineering and marketing teams. You will also be a memberof a global community of information developers working together to create content which will help Arms customers succeed. You will work directly with engineers across the company with a major focus on the open-source software we develop and maintain. Youwill have a direct impact on how developers access, understand and consume our software and the ability to deliver improvements for our customers as part of a growing, fast-paced, and lively team!What does the role achieve/deliver for ARMThe development and publishing of stories and guides, walk-throughs and examples to compliment the open source work we do.The creation of well-structured, and up-to-date technical content that increasescomprehension and ease of use - and adheres to our Tech Comms writing standards.Ensuring technical collateral for our software work is easily found and consumed by collaborators who are outside Arm but within the Arm ecosystem.As part of the Open-Source SoftwareGroup, our Content Curation team produces and guides the creation of the technical content for Arm’s open-source software projects. This content can include user documentation, blogs, white papers, introductory guides, knowledge-base articles, tutorials, andmultimedia content.As a community, we guide, encourage, and share knowledge with each other. For larger projects, we work together to build and deliver content or develop streamlined processes.Responsibilities:Planning documentation againstthe product roadmap ensuring documentation quality and our ability to meet customer demand.
