Band: B5/6/7 Physiotherapist depending on experience Mon-Fri 8/8:30 to 4/4:30 with an ASAP startLocation: Cambridge Locality - Bases including one of:Brookfields Hospital, CambridgeSignet Court, CambridgeSawston Health Centre, Sawston, CambridgeHiston Police Station, Histon, CambridgeJob Description/ Duties:To provide face to face physiotherapy to adults and older people in their own homes.Ability to complete all clinical documentation at home or office base.
