Job Description

A nation-wide pharmacy group are seeking for a Pharmacist to manage their branch in Cambridge.A well-established pharmacy group is seeking for a Pharmacist Manager to join their team in their Cambridge. Our client is looking for an individual who has a positive attitude towards professional growth and development and is success-driven.Key Duties

  • Lead and manage a hard-working staff team.
  • Have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Enhance existing services and create opportunity for new ones.
  • Ensure that our customers and patients get the best possible service every time they visit our Pharmacy.
  • Ensuring that all key targets are met and that excellent standards are consistently delivered.
  • As the Pharmacy Manager, you will aim to deliver great service and maintain stock control, operational and GPhC standards. You will receive direct line management support from the Area Manager.

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements
  • GPhC registration (required)
  • Ideally have experience of leading a team
  • Understanding of NHS pharmacy funding and how to maximise profit through the achievement of targets
  • Ability to deliver exceptional Customer Service
  • Experience of coaching and developing people
