We are recruiting a People and Learning Partner to work alongside their Senior People Person to support the business as they grow. You will be responsible for developing world-class managers with the training, support, coaching and guidance to help them deliver truly great work. You will be - • An experienced HR Advisor or Senior HR Advisor who has a business partnering mindset • Able to partner with your team leaders, providing coaching, advice and tactical support• Supporting the Senior People Person in creating HR initiatives for the whole business• Proactive in developing a positive people experience across the whole business to maintain their established culture• A role model of the business values• A support with on-boarding working closely with the TA team • Able to identify future talent and develop talent plans to retain your rising stars An ideal candidate for this role will - • Not be driven by policies or employee relations however be driven by treating each situation on merit through navigation and adult conversations.• Experienced in learning and development and the delivery of training• Have partnered with managers supporting their people plans• Be passionate about designing and delivering people engagement initiatives• Experienced in working for a fast growth business, ideally start up• Have excellent communication skills and be able to flex your style to suit your audience • MCIPD qualified • Be a team player with a growth mindset, turning your hand to whatever needs to get doneIn return, you will have the opportunity to work with a great team who are passionate about what they do and how they delciler customer success.
