People & Culture CoordinatorLocation: Hybrid, Cambridge based with work from homeBasis: Permanent, full-timeSalary: £28,000 - £32,000Eligibility: You must be eligible to work in the UKThe roleThe Foundation has grown significantly over the past twelve months, and we are set to continue growing over the coming year in order to help millions of young people all over the world learn computing and digital making skills. We have big ambitions, andwe are building a team that has the talent and capabilities to achieve them. Thats where you come in.Reporting to the Director of People and Culture, you will play an important role in supporting all of our people and culture processes, with a particular focus on induction, onboarding, joiners, movers, and leavers, as well as on learning and development.You will work closely with managers from across the charity to support them, and you will deal directly with candidates and employees at all levels of our organisation.You need to be engaging and passionate about our mission, because you will be the first point of contact for new employees; you will oversee all aspects of induction and onboarding, giving new members of the team the best possible start to their career withus.You will have demonstrable experience of operating in a HR team, where you have had to be flexible and proactive in order to get things done.
