I am currently recruiting for a Payroll Administrator to play a pivotal role in my clients organisations payroll operations.You will work closely with the Group Payroll Manager and cross-functional teams, to ensure accurate, compliant and timely salary payments across the global workforce.Your expertise in utilising payroll systems, along with a keen eye for detail and excellent service levels will be integral in contributing to an efficient payroll function within the team.In this role, you will manage a range of responsibilities, including, overseeing onboarding processes for new hires and accurately processing their payroll data, to addressing payroll queries and ensuring compliance with regulations.Your proficiency with iTrent and experience in global payroll, coupled with your knowledge of Excel functions like VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables, will ensure you succeed in this fast-paced environment.If you thrive under tight deadlines, possess exceptional analytical skills, and value providing top-tier customer service, this role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the organisations success.
